We provide numerous Service options.  Service options are provided free-of-charge, while other Paid Service require subscription before they can be accessed.

 

The Paid Subscription may not be available to all users. Upon signing up the available services will be shown to You. If you cancel your subscription, or if your subscription is interrupted, You may not be able to re-subscribe for the Paid Service.

 

  1. Payment and Cancellation

 

Billing

 

You may purchase a Paid Subscription directly from HULI or through a third party either by:

  1. paying a subscription fee in advance on an annual basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to You prior to your purchase; or
  2. pre-payment giving You access to the Service for a specific time period (Pre-Paid Period)

 

If You purchase access to a Paid Subscription through a third party, separate terms and conditions with such third party may apply to your use of the Service in addition to these Terms.

 

Price and Tax changes

 

HULI may from time to time change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid), and will communicate any price changes to You in advance on reasonable notice. Prices changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

 

BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICE AFTER THE PRICE CHANGE TAKES EFFECT, YOU WILL HAVE ACCEPTED THE NEW PRICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO A PRICE CHANGE, YOU CAN REJECT THE CHANGE BY UNSUBSCRIBING FROM THE APPLICABLE PAID SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE PRICE CHANGE GOING INTO EFFECT.

 

Renewal and Cancellation

 

 

Annual Subscription

 

By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed.

 

 

Non-Refundable Fees

 

Once Your subscription starts You can’t get a refund for any payments you’ve already made. If you don’t want to subscribe anymore, cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have been paid for.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

You can cancel a monthly or free trial subscription any time before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free version of the Service. 

 

 If you wish to contact Our Customer Support team for instructions on how to cancel, please contact us at least 2 business days prior to your subscription’s auto-renewal date. 

 

  1. User Conduct

 

The rights granted to you by these Terms will remain in force for so long as these Terms remain in effect.

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
